On May 15, 2020, Henan Lingrui Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Jiuzhoutong Medical Group held the 2020 strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony and business communication meeting in the form of video conference.
Since the strategic cooperation between Jiuzhoutong Medical Group and Lingrui Pharmaceutical in 2000, the high-level leaders of the two parties have visits and exchanges every year. Over the past 20 years, Jiuzhoutong Medical Group and Lingrui Pharmaceutical have cooperated and exchanged in various fields such as FBBC, logistics, warehousing, GSP certification, and the sales number of products through cooperation continues to break out to new highs. At present, Jiuzhoutong has become one of the Lingrui's largest strategic partners.
At the video conference, the executives from two parties first reviewed the cooperation in recent years. From 2015 to 2019, both parties have continuously expanded new channels and new models of cooperation, and shared resources, creating a role model for mutual cooperation and win-win solution in the pharmaceutical industry. At the conference, the two parties also conducted in-depth exchanges on mutual concern such as smooth business connection and payment cycle, and reached an agreement.
Both parties agreed that, at the same time of maintaining the current strong cooperation, they should strengthen chain cooperation, establish county alliances, deepen collaboration on primary medical affairs, develop e-commerce partnership, innovate business models, achieve overall goals, and push the cooperation to the next level.
Lingrui Pharmaceutical and Jiuzhoutong Medical Group also exchanged views on the long-term development of the pharmaceutical market and the transformation of the pharmaceutical distribution industry.
